1. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to registered users of the official Anycubic website who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in their country or region of residence, whichever is older.

Anycubic and its affiliated companies' directors, employees, officers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Participation is also unavailable to users located in countries or regions where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations, including areas affected by war or subject to international disputes or sanctions.

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

2. How to Participate

To participate:

1) Log in to your Anycubic account.
2) Visit the Anycubic 11th Anniversary Mystery Box page.
3) Click the designated button to enter the draw.

Users who are not logged in will be automatically redirected to the login page. Participation requires a valid and verified Anycubic account.

3. Participation Chances

Each eligible user has 3 chances to participate during the Campaign Period.

1) Each user may participate once per calendar day.
2) Unused chances do not exceed the maximum of 3 total chances.
3) Chances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
4) Multiple accounts or other methods used to circumvent the participation limit are prohibited.

4. Prizes

1) First Prize — A New Anycubic 3D Printer of Your Choice — 5 winners
Each winner may choose one: Photon P1 Max or Kobra 3 Max V2 Combo, The prize value depends on the model selected and is up to $1399.

2) Second Prize — Free Order Refund — 11 winners
Each winner will receive a gift card equivalent to the value of their highest-value eligible paid order completed by September 28, 2026, up to a maximum value of $1,400. Only eligible orders that have been fully paid and completed by September 28, 2026 will be considered. Further redemption and eligibility details will be provided by email.

3) Third Prize — 12KG Filament Prize — 11 winners
Each winner will receive 12KG of filament, with a total retail value of approximately $383.88. Filament type, color, and product selection are subject to availability.

4) Regular Prize — $8 OFF Coupon for 3D Printers — Unlimited winners
Each eligible winner will receive an $ 8-off coupon valid on 3D printers only. The coupon is valid through October 30, 2026, and cannot be combined with other coupons. The coupon will be issued via email immediately after the prize is awarded.

Unless otherwise required by law, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Random Draw, Winner Notification & Prize Fulfillment

Each valid participation will result in one randomly generated Mystery Box outcome. All prizes are awarded at random, and the result is not determined by the participant's purchase history, participation time, skill, or other personal factors, except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

The prize result will be displayed on the website immediately after each valid participation.

Prize details and fulfillment instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the winner's Anycubic account by October 15, 2026.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate and accessible account and email information. Failure to provide required information or meet eligibility requirements may result in prize forfeiture.

For physical prizes, applicable customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, or remote-area surcharges may apply and will be the winner's responsibility where permitted by law.

6. Fair Play & Disqualification

Participants may only participate using their own eligible Anycubic account. Fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative activity is prohibited, including but not limited to:

* Using multiple accounts to obtain additional chances;
* Using bots, scripts, or automated tools;
* Manipulating the participation or prize allocation mechanism;
* Exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
* Providing false or misleading information;
* Any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

Anycubic reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and disqualify participants who violate these Terms. Any prize obtained through fraudulent or ineligible participation may be revoked or withheld.

7. Changes, Technical Issues & Termination

Anycubic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or update these Terms, where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.

Any material changes will be announced through the official Anycubic website or other appropriate channels.

Anycubic is not responsible for participation failures caused by network interruptions, system errors, device or browser compatibility, or other technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

8. Privacy, Governing Law & Acceptance

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to name, mailing address, account information, and other information necessary for prize fulfillment, will be processed in accordance with Anycubic's applicable Privacy Policy.

Such information will be used only as necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Privacy Policy.

Following the conclusion of the Promotion on September 28, 2026, personal data collected solely for the purposes of this Promotion will be retained for one month, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Thereafter, such data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anycubic's decisions regarding eligibility, participation, and prize allocation are final. Anycubic reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Terms or applicable laws.
